Grass Fed Beef From G Burbick Farms
Truly natural grass-fed beef means the cattle are fed entirely on their mother’s milk and grass from birth to harvest. Our cattle are born, raised and finished on open grass pastures in the hills of Columbiana County. Greg Burbick began raising cattle in 1996 on the family farm with the goal of producing beef that has consistent taste and tenderness. He strives to achieve these results through traditional genetics, feed, and processing. His grass fed grain supplemented beef cattle are raised without antibiotics, hormones or steroids.

Is grass-fed beef better for me?
You bet. Our local grass-fed beef is lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol than grain-fed meats and higher in beta carotene (Vitamin A), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and Omega-3 fatty acids, which help to reduce cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and high blood pressure and improve brain function. And you’ve heard of that nasty E. coli….in our grass-fed beef, the risk of infection is virtually eliminated. It’s not only better for you; it’s better for the cows, the environment and the farmer.
Did you know?
Grass-fed cows have the same amount of fat as skinless chicken. And grass-fed beef is lower in calories. So don’t worry so much about your LDL cholesterol levels by eating grass-fed meat!
